Tomas administers euthanasia to Karenin when they are living on Pavel's farm and the dog develops cancer. You do not see the death, just Tereza holding Karenin and telling her not to be scared.

Very brief shots in black and white of people who have been shot in the head. Blood on their faces and pooled on the ground. Flags are seen covered in blood.
One of Pavel's farm workers dislocates his shoulder and Tomas pulls it back into place. Not graphic, but lots of yelling in pain. It's a brief scene, not too intense.
The main character works in a hospital. We see patients receiving various therapies, nothing graphic. One scene depicts a surgeon performing brain surgery behind a curtain, but we do not see anything.
