A character tries to teach poodles to fly by just throwing them out a window. We even see a pile of them at one point, though the camera cuts away before impact. Same character also shakes an ant farm for fun, cheerfully saying "they're really mad now!"
Worth noting that it was originally planned for the dogs to get their revenge, but had to be cancelled due to the actor's death.
The rest of the person gets squashed too. In a daydream, George is being chased by a giant boulder in a parody of Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark. Despite some impressive maneuvers by both George and the boulder, George is flattened in a cartoonish manner. It's played off for comedy and there's no blood, but could still be a little too gross for some.
There is a scene where Teri, George Newman's (ex)girlfriend is working on a patient's teeth, and something George says on the TV playing behind her startles her. There's nothing graphic, but the man yelps and gives a jolt in pain for a second.
During the beginning sequence parody of Indiana Jones, George cracks the whip at a dude and it knocks his hand clean off. Pretty funny & clearly fake but could be uncomfortable if someone has trouble with such things
Those darn poodles never learned how to fly. Unrelated to the poodle incident, though, there's a scene where a man is thrown from a second story window. He's never specifically shown to be hurt or killed that I recall (since a lot of this movie's gags run on cartoon logic) but it's worth mentioning.
A man is taken and blindfolded and tied to a chair in a small room. He continues to make jokes and seem excited though and eventually breaks free. Never seems afraid
A little person is a live camera person, leading to visual jokes about the camera angles. Also, a blind man is shown trying to solve a Rubik's cube by repeatedly turning and asking his neighbor if it's done yet.
In the Indiana Jones parody at the beginning of the movie, a ruffian pulls a gun on George and George uses his whip to remove his arm. In the Town Talk bit, the guest who uses the tablesaw cuts off his thumb with a cartoonish amount of blood spurting out. There are some comedy sketches that air on Channel 62 (such as the Conan the Librarian and Gandhi II skits) that include some gore.
