Yes, aside from casting a sighted person in a role of a blind character, the plot, which tells a story about a blind character who has other senses so powerful and sensitive he is able to essentially “see” with them is ableist in of itself and adds to stigma around what blindness is and actually looks/feels like.
Fisk is a person who was physically abused as a child who became a murderer and villain because of this. He is frequently referred to as a “psychopath”/“sociopath” which are used derogatorily, they are both ableist terms towards people with Antisocial Personality Disorder (ASPD), or as a “psycho” which is ableist towards both people with ASPD and psychotic disorders.
I will add about ableist language/encounters in the show itself as I watch through.
