Fisk is a person who was physically abused as a child who became a murderer and villain because of this. He is frequently referred to as a “psychopath”/“sociopath” which are used derogatorily, they are both ableist terms towards people with Antisocial Personality Disorder (ASPD), or as a “psycho” which is ableist towards both people with ASPD and psychotic disorders.
