The dog doesn't die in the Zero Day conspiracy limited series on Netflix that I watched. Not sure if this page is for a different Zero Day conspiracy or what, but FYI the dog is safe in that one! Doggo is literally in the final shot of the series with the main character - totally fine :) you can go to the final / sixth episode and watch the last scene at 48 minutes into episode 6 to see for yourself! There's no spoilers in the final scene.
Episode 5-6? Not sure about yes/no, but there's an autistic character that is part of a conspiracy. When she's nearly caught, she reaches out for help, but none of the coconspirators come. She's taken into custody, and a suicide is staged. When we see the conspiracy group together next, one of them refers to her autistic traits as unsympathetic - like why would anyone care about an 'autistic sociopath'. Another character seems to realise it's a bad comment but doesn't challenge it, really.
Unless you know about the "is it dementia or is he the victim of a neurological weapon" plot that I've since learned permeates the entire show, you watch the whole first episode which is pretty good, only to learn in the last prob not even 5 minutes that he seems to be suffering from dementia. Not what I wanna spring on my BF who has early stage Alzheimers and gets super depressed if we watch something where dementia comes up. 😒 Glad I found this site.
Hard to explain, since I’m not done with the series but the protagonist can be seen losing sense of reality: at the end of episode one he asked a man who is he and where is his butler, only to be told by his wife that his butler retired 5 years ago… I’ll add more details when it will get clearer in the series
At the beginning, the mass blackout causes many accidents, especially one on screen where a car get hit full speed by a train. It’s around 8 minutes into the episode
