“Narcissist” is misused. There’s also many disabled or injured people who are forced to push through the pain instead of getting help or resting, usually due to internalized ableism or stubbornness. Gordon often calls people “blind”, “slow”, “stupid”, “moronic”, “idiots” and so on. A lot of the disabled contestants are used for pity porn or inspiration porn.
