There's a moderate amount of blood throughout the film and there are a few shots where a character's bloody injuries are front and centre, but the horror is mostly derived from the actions themselves.
In a way. The characters brother is revealed to have killed himself because he believes he is a financial/emotional burden to his sister so wants to stop her sacrificing her life for him
The first on-screen death is a white man. Although sadly the film’s only two black characters still dies later on albeit it’s a bit of a grey area since this one of those “equal opportunity death” movies
