A building caves in while a character is inside, though he doesn't die from it.
However, there is a group of women that seem to have been in the building as well. Since they were wished for, it's possible that they weren't real, but it can't be known for sure. We don't see what happens to them.

Technically not a baby, as the character is 5 years old, but a stock audio clip often used for babies is used. But it's very VERY brief. Only lasts a few seconds. A blink and you miss it type of thing. And if you do notice it, it's very easy to ignore or even skip.

Pretty much as soon as you start the movie, the kids are in the house arguing and one kid just turns around and vomits. There's no warning, and nasty audio. It's literally within the first 5 minutes so beware as soon as you start watching
