This can be debated, it's more like someone taking control of other people either by fully stopping them from moving or making them do something against their will or knowledge. So in a way possession but not in the ghost kind of way.

There is no reference to body dysmorphia in this movie; any yes votes are presumably a result of misunderstanding the meaning of body dysmorphia, which is commonly mistaken here as being the same thing as body horror - dysmorphia is a mental illness that causes you to fixate on an imagined or exaggerated flaw, such as a warped view of your body weight. There is no such content here.
