Jentry is in the underworld for a good portion of this episode. There are mounds and structures with what look like barnacles all over. Depth of holes can be perceived so it's not like flat dots.
They show up whenever she goes to the underworld but since she's there for large chunks at a time there's no real way to give a timestamp. If you have moderate to severe trypophobia I would suggest just listening to this episode or looking away whenever jentry goes through a portal
