At 6:01 - 6:11 a person is laying down and tries using one arm to get up but the elbow bends the wrong way and you can audibly hear the break. Then they try to get up again and use their other arm. The frame shows their hand placed on the ground and the wrist bends forward and breaks. You can see the bone and their flesh rips and you can audibly hear the break, too. After the timestamp, neither breaks are visible and no bone or blood is visible.

Near the end at 18:36 - 19:06 a character holds another character at gun point and during this they switch the gun back and forth from aiming at the character to then aiming it at themself, which clearly suggests this. The character with the gun then starts to cry and says "I wish I had died." They repeat this again after being restrained by bystanders.

In the beginning of the episode, 0:46 - 1:11, Someone is trapped in a body bag inside of a cold locker and begins to hyperventilate, the scene is very tense. Then a couple of seconds later at 1:25-1:27 the person is pushed to lay back down into the body bag and is zipped back up. After the time stamp they are free again and completely out of the body bag.
