Follows Cromwell's life during the last four years, completing his transformation from a self-made man to the most powerful and feared person of his era.
At 10:33, after the the comment about being a "good listener" there is a scene change and a short shot of a window, then a sudden clear few seconds of Anne's dog with blood on and under it. The death is discussed immediately, some believe the dog was intentionally killed. Discussion ends around 11:07. The death is mentioned again out of spite in s1e6 at about 9:24.

After the baby is shown with the King, Cromwell goes to visit Jane Seymour. As soon as he enters her room I think she leans forward and vomits in a bowl. It is quick and I looked away but i think there is visual. Audio is not so bad and it is over very quickly.
Discussion of someone sleeping with their 14 year old wife at scene starting around 19:11. Mild, especially given the histrocial context, but definately feels gross and would be uncomfortable for anyone senstive about the subject.
In the scene beginning at 30:31, a man who has attempted is visited by Cromwell. The attempt is discussed briefly and his wound is both discussed and obvious to see (through clothing). If you skip to 31:09, there is no more talk of it and you only see evidence of his wound on his shirt toward the bottom of the screen. To skip everything related, go to 32:51 when the scene changes.
There is discussion often of sex. It's not terribly graphic most of the time, and is often either regarding the production of heirs or being used in plots to bring people down.
We see flashbacks of Cromwell's father beating and verbally abusing him twice. When they see eachother when Cromwell is an adult it is only a conversation but is obviously tense and his father is still awful to him.
There is a little now and then through the series. Mostly injuries and wounds. Nothing terribly extreme but you do, for example, see a few close ups of Henry VIII's infected leg injury.
The scene from s1e6 is replayed in part through the opening of the episode, it cuts back and forth between that and footage of Henry getting dressed and arriving at his wedding. You're not really missing anything if you skip right to the end of the replaying (done by 4:04)
The death is mentioned again out of spite in s1e6 at about 9:24.
