The lead scientist in the past is played as an alcoholic. Most scenes with this character shows him with some sort of drink or flask in his hand.

No, but the Borg Queen at times uses mechanical sci-fi prehensile tendrils to move around, which may look snake-like.

No, but while a character is involuntarily strapped down to a table in a lab, his kidnapper attempts to seduce him by speaking in innuendos and blowing gently on his skin. The kidnapped character does not fight it, but this could be because he's too overwhelmed by the situation. Later, the kidnapper kisses the kidnapped, and the kidnapped willingly kisses back.

The Borg remove limbs from people in order to assimilate them. There are graphic scenes with amputated limbs, however they don't show it in the process of being cut off.

Technically, you could look at Borg assimilation as possession. It takes over their agency and self control to become part of a collective, making them act as a hive mind. This isn't typical possession by a ghost though. It's more like someone becoming a zombie, so proceed with caution if what bothers you is someone not being in control of themself thanks to external forces.

[SPOILER] Throughout the film, an android character experiences several different emotions for the first time. He says things like, "I believe I am experiencing anxiety," etc. and is at times, too afraid to think or behave logically. However, there are no full-blown panic attacks represented.

The ship goes on "red alert" which causes slow blinking lights all around them. Not strobe, but worth mentioning. There's also a lot of sci-fi action, star ships crashing, etc. and that causes some sudden-ish bright lights.

Most Star Trek features futuristic gun fights with laser guns - phasers. This movie has a scene where modern day guns are used in a fight against the enemy (the Borg).
Could probably be skipped by fast-forwarding past the scene where characters (including Picard) enter the holodeck.
