Maybe not abused as such, but a child is treated with extreme lack of care: Two wildly irresponsible and indifferent parents bring their little son (about 6 y.o.?) along to a wild party, do drugs and leave the boy to his own devices in an office just before the drugs kick in. The kid is later seen alone and unnoticed amid the insane debauchery and total chaos of the party. He sustains no physical harm and doesn't cry or call out for help.

No, but someone hurls himself from an indoor balcony (a self-dare, not a suicide attempt), and his head hits a cabinet one the way. The overall shape his body takes the moment he hits the cabinet looks super nasty. If it had happened in real life, I'm 99% sure that the person would've died from a broken neck.
