I just watched it, and paid attention, explicitly there is no joke like that. But there is a character (Gunther, a pig) who’s « kind of effeminate », is a little overweight and has a strong German accent (I watched it in French, no idea how it is in the original dub). The character is clearly intended to be funny for just existing, but there is no explicit jokes about any of that either
