No, but around 20 minutes in, when Captain Fry is leaning against one of the huge skeletons, someone does something kinda stalkery to her - he sneaks up to her from behind, cuts off a lock of her hair and sniffs it. She doesn't even realise that he's there, and never finds out that he did it. Nothing more of the sort happens.
At around 45:42 a male character exits a ship to lean against the side and vomit. Nothing it seen but a gagging sound is heard once and the subtitles read [vomiting]. He then spits
While not with malice, or to any upset to the character, a cis female presents as male because she assumes it would be easier, people perceive her as such until it becomes apparent that she's on her period. She doesn't appear to identify as trans.
We see a lot of futuristic looking ones, kind of S&M themed, and at twenty six minutes somebody gets shot by one out of nowhere but it's hard to even tell what's happened at first. Then a lot of realistic sounding gunshots at minute 27.
