About 39.5 min in, a man holds a very tiny injured kitten - another man brings him the little cat and says "I immediately thought of you" and so it's clear the man rescues and cares for cats. It's explained an older cat hurt the kitten. The man gently checks to see if the kitchen is breathing. We see the very still still little cat move their paws. The man carries the kitten on a car ride to the vet. It's about 2 min and it's ambiguous what happens to the injured kitten.
