ReportMegaMan NT Warrior, known in Japan as Rockman.EXE, is an anime and manga series based on Capcom's Mega Man Battle Network video game series, part of the Mega Man franchise. The manga series was written by Ryo Takamisaki and ran in Shogakukan's CoroCoro Comic between 2001 and 2006. The anime series, produced by Xebec, ran for five seasons on TV Tokyo in Japan between March 2002 and September 2006. Viz Media produced English-language versions of the manga and licensed the first two seasons of the anime. Despite the common ground, the stories of the game, anime, and manga versions of the Battle Network series all diverge heavily from each other.

You don't actually see the dog getting murdered, and it isn't burned alive; it's just cremated after it's already dead, and you see its corpse being put into the crematory. But the show does linger several times on the dog's body after it's been murdered, and it IS very graphic; the poor thing's head has been shot pretty much to bits. ?

S3E1 around 24 mins in or so. It happens when Luther dangles the young guy over the balcony. When Luther lifts him back over and drops him the guy gets sick. They visibly show it. Just watch for when he lifts the guy over the edge and skip ahead a little bit.
