In the novel the dog lives but there are graphic descriptions of the plan to kill the dog. In the tv series it sounds like a dog dies in season 2(haven’t seen it going off reviews) that’s probably why there’s a mixed response. If someone could make a separate page for the tv show? I’m new here and not sure how.
