in one brief scene, a humanoid creature is seen with a syringe sticking out of its eye, but its face is so disfigured it's hard to tell. the eye isn't shown in detail. a dead character is shown to have some kind of wound or gash taken out of the side of their face where their eye would be.

some of the flashing imagery/jump scares could be considered strobe-like. in one scene, a character tries to fix the electricity after it goes out and it causes all the lights in the house to go orange/red and rapidly blink. in another scene, a character experiences flashing memories that are accompanied by bright flashing lights and screeching sounds. the final shot has an INTENSE strobing effect.
a character points a rifle at people. a character is shot in the head at point blank range with a revolver. some blood splatter is shown, but it's so quick that it isn't too graphic. a humanoid creature is shot with a rifle. another character is shot in the shoulder or chest from long-distance by a revolver, then executed with another gunshot off-screen.
