The pilot has a flashing light warning. Episode 2 does as well. In episode 2 the flashing light is lightning whenever Kuno (the student who carries a wooden stick/sword) announces himself as Blue Thunder or something. Overall it happens 2 or 3 times in the episode.

In Season 1 Episode 5 there isn't cannibalism, but 2 guys try to cook and eat a pig. When they put him in the hot water in the stove the pig turns into an upset teenage boy. One of the guys responds to this by commenting that they can't eat him now. So I found it to be more bizarre than gross personally.

In Season 1 episode 16 (the episode where Ranma and the rest of the household go to the beach to swim and to follow Shampoo and her great-grandma) Ranma ends up in a fight with the great-grandma. The fight starts on the beach but ends up in the ocean water and for awhile in the fight the old woman is using a shark to move around like it's her jet-ski and she is also throwing water attacks that are water in the shape of a shark. Eventually Ranma beats up the shark, though the shark was not the one being aggressive.
