Avoid the fourth segment like the plaugue. Especially 1h21:30 through 1h27m28s then 1h29m09 for ten seconds. If kids experiencing violence is a trigger then this is a segment to avoid.

In the second skit, when the girls go trick or treating, there is a ginormous black faux spider on the first door they go to, approximately 06:35
In the end around 1h38m when two people are shopping there is a realistic fake spider

all timestamps are from Shudder and take place slightly before each scene to give time to pause and skip/mute/look away - there is only one scene that actually affected me but i included others that might trigger those who are more sensitive.
≈ 3:30 (frame narrative, diet phantasma):
number 37 begins convulsing after drinking from the can. very little audio, but visually he coughs up what i believe to just be the drink, however could give the illusion of v* so i’d either skip or look away for about 5-10 seconds. if you’re more sensitive, you can kind of see slight residue on his face, so skip to about 3:50.
≈ 16:15 (first segment, trick or treating):
this is the only scene to affect me, it is quite bad. there is a lady tied to a chair wearing what appears to be an oxygen mask being force fed milk(?). no actual v* but looks very similar so be careful as she is coughing it up. very graphic noises that begin before you see anything. i would skip around 30 seconds (maybe a little more to be safe) once you see the woman in the chair.
≈ 27:35 (frame narrative, diet phantasma):
not bad at all for me personally but if you’re more sensitive, number 38 starts convulsing and spits out liquid. very brief, no need to skip, i would just mute and look away for like 5 seconds, you don’t really see anything but he makes somewhat of a spitting/coughing noise.
≈ 43:10 (second segment, it’s in spanish):
no v* but enrico starts convulsing and then coughs up eyeballs. he also makes slight choking noises as he does so, so if you’re sensitive watch out for the audio. he is also hunched over as if he is v* so that picture may trigger if you are extra sensitive. scene lasts about 25-30 seconds if you need to skip.
≈ 47:45 (frame narrative, diet phantasma):
no real v*, just black liquid. number 40 is asked to drink the whole can and then expels a lot of black liquid, could be seen as projectile v* but, as said previously, it’s just black liquid so personally i was not affected by it. if you are more sensitive, the noises might trigger, but it’s mostly just screaming, skip to 48:00 if you need to.
≈ 1:31:00 (frame narrative, diet phantasma):
again, just black liquid, no v*, very similar to the previous scene with the projectile element so if you are sensitive to what was previously mentioned, look out for when the girl is banging on the door. she screams "let me out" and the man with black curly hair + goatee (after tearing at someone’s eyes), turns to her and projectile expels black liquid onto the screaming girl. no graphic audio, just growling and screaming. the scene ends quickly after about 15 seconds.

In a grotesque way; The character "Mommy" in the first segment is topless for most of the segment, with six lactating breasts.
The third segment does have genitals being turned into candy bars, but the man this happens to is partially clothed before being cut up so we do not actually see him nude.
