Also Numerous dead pheasants in season 4 episode 10, beginning around 40 minutes, including a really grotesque shot/sound that I wish I had known to skip past.

Season 4 episode 2 a stag is seriously wounded in the opening scene. They show it wounded, again before the opening credits & randomly throughout the episode until they show it being killed.

S1E6, around 10:10: A man shows a slideshow of Egypt, the shot of the first dancer is quickly followed by another shot of a woman dancing with several snakes around her neck. The man is reporting on the political situation in Egypt and the pictures of the female dancers are supposed to bring some comic relief to the male audience. Easily skippable.

Alcohol is consumed, but as far as I'm aware, no references to excessive alcohol use.

(SPOILER) This happens a lot: In season 1, Prince Phillip is shown almost cheating with a reporter, but it doesn't happen at the end. It is clear that he cheated sometimes but it's not shown. In season 3, Princess Margaret's husband cheat on her multiple times, including an entire episode when he leaves with her mistress. The princess algo cheats, mainly because of despair. In season 4, Prince Charles cheats with Camilla multiple times.

I don't think it's a secret that Diana was bulimic. Pretty much, if you see Diana eat, look away. (I think it usually cuts to a clock right before she goes into the bathroom). People have already mentioned that there are a couple in S4E3, and there are a couple of montages in S4E6. One in the very beginning when the senior royal ladies are eating around the table, and another a bit after 40 minutes in New Zealand. When they start on the Maori montage, just turn it down & look away until that's over. The Maoris are louder than the gagging, so I was able to have it low enough that I wasn't bothered by the gagging & could still tell when the scene was over. S4E10 at about 24:10. She's at a reception in NYC (she doesn't eat here, so it's not telegraphed like the earlier ones). She looks over her shoulder slowly. If you have the captions on, they say [music ends], and then it cuts immediately to her in the bathroom. You barely see a little of her back in the corner of a mirror, but you hear it until the toilet flushes at 24:30. She looks like she's going to at about 39, after an argument, but she changes her mind.

It is only described but not shown in camera. Princess Anne (Philip's mother) talks about being electro shocked in the past.

Almost everything Charles does and says to Diana in the second half of season four. She is specifically quoted "He's telling everyone I'm mad and I feel like I'm going mad."

Season 4: Lady Diana struggles with bulimia and binge eating. This is depicted graphically. Strong trigger warning.

Kind of, nothing untoward is ever depicted or suggested in this regard. However, we are shown that at the start of Charles and Diana's relationship (which began just after her 18th birthday) there was a fourteen year age gap. As well as an imbalance of life experience and power dynamic which at least hint that he was taking advantage of her.

No, but in the colonial context, black people are referred to as savages on numeral occasions.
