Season 3, episode 2, there’s a scene where someone hallucinates fatally biting the sphinx cat. It doesn’t actually die in the scene (because hallucination) but it’s still a graphic depiction punctuated with a loud cat scream.
It’s the memory of a pet and it’s kind of bizarre (vs. realistic), but still weird enough that I personally found the need to fast forward. Someone listed the time stamps in the “does an animal die” question above. Lots of squelching, too (just fyi in case you’re the type of person who will listen but not watch).
A character mentions that murders were committed, which is directly followed by a short flashback showing two bodies dangling from a bridge from behind, their heads can't be seen. Also, this episode starts with a scene in which someone wakes up to see dangling legs, which might be reminiscent of a hanging, although it's clear it isn't.
In Season Two (one of the characters is burned in the field in front of the corn maze).
There is also a burning humanoid figure in season one; however, it was a monster or a vision (?) and did not appear to be in pain.
In season 2, particularly episodes 3-5, characters have their eyes poked out with other characters’ thumbs. It’s somewhat graphic but fortunately you can usually see it coming (i.e. someone will be shone being pinned ti the ground by another character).
Season 2 is all about Margo dealing with the death of her father. There are several flashbacks to the scene, with the death being discussed several times.
Several times throughout the series, characters will have anxiety attacks (as they are in a horror series). This is especially prevalent in Season Two. Both Jules and Margo have anxiety attacks.
