Not truly as the characters initially consider handing off Kiyoko to the police but decide not to. That said the portrayal of police is more neutral overall, AT BEST they’re harmless inept and sometimes a minor obstacle such as Miyuki’s father

There’s a fatphobic weight comment but it’s hidden in another language. One of the female protagonists is a young homeless runaway. Flashbacks show that she used to be at a higher weight when living at home. Later in the story a woman sees a photo of this girl during that time and asks her how she got so thin in a way that implies the weight loss was a good thing (“show me”) - unbeknownst to her, the girl is starving because she is homeless. Granted, the woman asks the girl this question in Spanish and there were no subtitles for the Spanish dialogue, but if you speak Spanish you’ll catch it.

Not really / not explicitly, however as mentioned under "is there sexual assault?" Gin gropes Miyuki towards the beginning when they're having a fight, and it's later heavily implied that Gin sees Miyuki as a daughter figure, and the implications that he groped a girl he saw as a daughter figure could be really uncomfortable or potentially triggering for survivors of incest.

There’s admittedly some mild implications that Santa doesn’t exist. That said though, this movie has a PG-13 rating (at least in the US) so it’s not recommend for little kids in the first appearance
