A woman is given a very invasive examination to prove she is pregnant. She was not expecting it and the consent is a bit dubious. It is obviously a distressing experience for her.

Near the end of the film Karolina joins her husband at the circus. She collapses, there is a shot through a window of a caravan of the performers eating, then inside we see Karolina getting up from bed. She drinks what I think is lighter fluid/alcohol out of a lamp and immediately brings it back up again, then Vs again into a receptacle, then kneels on the floor and r*tches/coughs only. There is little to no visual, if there was it was very light. The audio is also not very bad, it happens very quickly, personally I didn't find it that triggering and closing eyes/blocking ears would be okay for some people and for other I recommend leaving after Karolina has collapsed, for a couple minutes.
Also, a little before this (so still in the third act) when Karolina is living with Dagmar, after a huge reveal, (you will know which one in the movie), Karolina is in Dagmar's bed suffering from the knowledge of what she has learnt, Dagmar is bringing her food and over the next few days the room gets particularly messy. Due to the film being black and white it's quite difficult to tell what certain stains on the bed and around them are, and if things are just spilt food as they're eating soups and porridges. Its ambiguous but there is nothing actively triggering, mostly in the corner of shots/not the focus, but I thought I'd mention it anyway JIC

Film starts with a brief dream scene (lots of close-up faces transitioning into each other) cut very rapidly to create a strobing effect. Midway there’s a short scene at a cinema auditorium, the film is very flickery and the light reflects onto the characters. Some shots with small flames.
Thirty minutes before the end there is a dreamlike scene during a thunderstorm outside with lightning flashes into the room. A few minutes later the opening dream imagery returns, again briefly.
