Camp Hope is a summer retreat for overweight boys run by a kindly couple who make the campers feel comfortable with their extra pounds. But when tyrannical fitness guru Tony buys the camp, he puts the kids on a cruel regimen that goes too far. Sick of the endless weeks of "all work and no play," the kids stage a coup and reclaim their summer of fun.

The whole philosophy of the new camp owner is pretty much to abuse the kids into losing weight. He uses humiliation, deprivation, etc.

The boys are desperate for food after being deprived of lunch one day and chase some cows through a field with tennis rackets, baseball bats, etc. shouting “I want meat!” It’s played as a joke and no harm actually comes to the cows

The villain breaks glass onto the floor and walks over it to prove he’s “strong.” It’s not graphic or anything but it did make me cringe a bit. During the relay games there is an event where they have to shave balloons without popping them.
