The other (the male) is held against a tree with a belt wrapped around his head, to which the villain tightens it and crushes his head in the area of his eyes.
Lastly there is eye trauma shown near the end when a character is thrown through a window. It isn’t too obvious but if you look close enough you can see that the characters eyes are mutilated.
