The BFG

Movie • 2016 • Adventure

Report
The BFG is no ordinary bone-crunching giant. He is far too nice and jumbly. It's lucky for Sophie that he is. Had she been carried off in the middle of the night by the Bloodbottler, or any of the other giants—rather than the BFG—she would have soon become breakfast. When Sophie hears that the giants are flush-bunking off to England to swollomp a few nice little chiddlers, she decides she must stop them once and for all. And the BFG is going to help her!

The other giants eat humans. This is portrayed clearly but not in detail.
The BFG gives Sophie a dream in which she is eaten by another giant.
There is also another child who previously stayed with the BFG. It is unclear what happened to him.

Around 24 mins in, they talk about burping and then the giant farts violently (calls it a "whizpopper") green smoke and flames come out of his bottom and he flies into the air.
