Opening sequence involves a character referred to as "Uncle Jonas" it's quickly revealed he is sexually assaulting the mother and is the father of the boy. Unsure of whether it counts enough but it is certainly triggering
A wire cutting machine is used by the murderer to decapitate Sylvia Otterson - the dead body is shown a little later, with no head and a pool of blood (partially covered by chickens)
