Technically speaking yes. The main characters' father figure, their grandfather, puts them through a very difficult lifestyle due to the nature of their world and the need to hide them. While this is all necessary, these themes might still be triggering to viewers.
It is worth noting that there is a notable scene where one of the girls badly injures herself in a way that loses the tip of her finger, and the grandfather (to keep the girls identical) cuts off the matching fingertips of the sixth other children.
Again, with the world and narrative, this is something that must be done, and it is shown that the grandfather is distressed afterwards by what he's had to do. But the scene is still very callously executed, and again could be very triggering to individuals bothered by stories with abusive parents and guardians.

The seven girls are equally victims in the abuse of how they've been forced to live their lives.
It is revealed near the end of the film (and might be picked up on much earlier within it), that one of the sisters betrays the others to try and live a better life, resulting in the deaths and mutilations of the other six.
It is then also revealed that she did this because she was pregnant with twins. Doesn't quite erase the hurt.

SPOILERS: The president lies to her whole country that she is putting their children into "cryptosleep" to be woken up several years later when the world is no longer overpopulated. It's later revealed that the children were being sedated and then killed with fire. When this is revealed, she still insists that the children "didn't suffer". The way she speaks to the main characters is also very condescending. She lies to and takes advantage of Monday.

As mentioned in the sexual assault category, Saturday has sex with someone for information - but it's more than that. She is pressured into having sex with a man she doesn't know by her sisters. She very obviously does not want to have sex with this man. She also mentions she's never had sex before. The man fucks her on screen even though their entire interaction is incredibly awkward and uncomfortable. This was an act of rape.

Mutilated finger is shown earlier in the movie when a bandage is being removed from one of the sisters’ fingers in a flashback scene (skateboarding accident), then each sister has their fingers cut
1:01:20-1:02:00 one of the sisters cuts off a guy’s finger and does things to it
Shows one of the sisters’ fingers about to be cut again and a scream after 1:53:20

I would say it toes the line of "excessive" and might come down to personal opinion. There is plenty of blood, there are people being shot-- particularly in the head. There are scenes that show mutilated body parts as well, in particular fingers and an eye.
It doesn't really linger on these things, though. They are often quick scenes, and it does not linger on torture. The torture is more implied or offscreen, and the deaths that occur in the film are, for the most part, quick.
There's never a focus on massive trauma to the trunk of a body (save for a character bleeding out from a wound that is not directly shown), or anything with organs (excluding the eye-- the damage of which is never shown directly on screen, but you do see the bloody eye itself, as well as bloody gauze over the wound later on).

It is implied, though not in any way directly shown, that their father figure is no longer in the picture and must've passed away at some point.
Near the end of the film, one of the characters that dies is also revealed to be pregnant (though the fetuses are also later shown in a device that will presumably carry them to term).

Just after the young girls learn that what happens to one of them happens to all of them. The cut to the scene is very sudden and it's immediate. When you see the meat cleaver coming down, close your eyes for about 30-45 seconds.

There is a brief scene with young children kept in an enclosed sterile living space within a facility, and later there is a scene with a woman in distress (having had her eye removed) curled up on a cot in a sterile room.
These are not specifically mental institutions, but have very similar imagery and may be triggering to some, particularly since these characters are kept in these locations unwillingly.

SPOILERS: Friday is autistic coded and no one treats her badly for it, she's appreciated for her high IQ and kindness throughout the movie. However it's implied that Friday suffers from self esteem issues and suicidal ideation. She sacrifices and kills herself to try to save her sisters, and when she's telling Thursday what she's about to do over the phone, she explains that she's "different" and "not meant for this world anyway" and she'd "never make it out there". This was triggering for me as an autistic who suffers from similar thoughts so I thought I'd mention it.

There are multiple scenes where the main characters are forced to hide in an incredibly small space, a hole carved out into the wall of their home.
The "cryo" pods may also be seen as claustrophobic, though there is never a scene that shows a POV of inside of one. Though there is a scene where a character is looking at one of these pods from the POV of a... bodybag? (it's similar to a body bag, but has a clear plastic window on it over the face). I believe the camera does show her direct view from within the bag, and the bag itself might also just trigger for this as the character is trapped, alive, hiding within it and cannot move (for fear of discovery).

It can be heavily inferred from how the characters are raised and the collective trauma that they share (and experience throughout the film), though I would not say that it's explicitly explored in any significant way, or as a major theme.

No, although there is a woman (who has not had sex before) who is coerced into having sex with a man (by her sisters-- the man simply believes he is having sex with another of the sisters), and she clearly has very mixed (mostly negative) feelings about the situation.
So while there isn't aphobia, there is some sexual coercion that might be similarly triggering.

Debatable, and perhaps leaning more bittersweet. But I'd honestly say it's more of a sad/bleak ending.
For a more direct explanation with a lot of spoilers:
Most of the sisters die, and one of them is horrifically maimed, and the cause of it all is that their sister, Monday, betrayed them to try to make a better life for herself (and her unborn children).
By the end of the film, the status quo of their world is turned around in a way that the remaining two sisters might be able to go on to live better lives, along with the viable fetuses of their deceased sister (and the father), but it is also implied that the overpopulation issue will continue to be a massive problem within their world.
The end of the movie also puts some focus on the sisters being understanding of Monday's betrayal in a way that I personally felt was very... uhh, eh? I don't have a good word for it. I just was not a fan of that.
It's arguable that they were not living a good life how they were-- and it's definitely true that many more children will be saved due to them shutting down the organization that was killing kids by incinerating them in a forced sleep-- but Most of the main characters still die and go through horrible situations that leaves you feeling hollow for them by the end.
So bittersweet-sad. Definitely not anything happy.
