Riff Raff drops a bottle of wine, because he can't hold his liquor.

For those who haven't seen it - brad & Janet are lured into a strange house & held captive there. The show is essentially a slow mental breakdown of the two into sexual depravity. - a character is killed after singing a song, the group have dinner in a different scene and the corpse is found to be in the table, implied that they have been eating him - when Rocky disappears, the Dr. Whips his servant, but it's clear that it's intended to be played like a BDSM type of situation - when they kill the Dr, it's very slow. It's all pretty silly. 70s sci-fi violence.

Rocky is NOT a monster! He's a created life form, yes, but while he's physically adult, he's obviously emotionally and intellectually very immature.

Tim Curry's character wears exaggerated makeup the entire movie and during the final act all the characters are on stage with painted faces

It is shown that Rocky is mummified and in a human sized tank of water. But it is not exclusively a claustrophobic scene.

When Dr. Frank-n-Furter and his assistants are about to bring his creation to life from the tank full of water, the set lights flash on and off. I don't know why so many people said 'no'.

a main character simulates sexual acts with multiple characters (shown as a silhouet and not graphic) and a song is featured called ‘touch a touch me‘ about another main character losing her virginity, with her (covered) breasts being touched and other mildly sexual acts demonstrated

Dr. Frank-n-Furtur uses the word “transvestite” which was the common term at the time of filming, but is now outdated. It could make transgender audiences uncomfortable.

In response to another comment, Rufus Collins is a POC and plays a Transylvanian, but he does not die.

there's a scene where a character in a wheelchair is pulled into a room by a magnet, might be uncomfortable for differently abled people

Frank is explicitly stated to be a cross-dresser. He is gendered correctly throughout the movie.
