Confined to an asylum for the criminally insane for the past four years, Nica is wrongly convinced that she, not Chucky, murdered her entire family... until a string of grisly deaths occur after her psychiatrist introduces a new group therapy tool -- a "Good Guy" doll.

The whole movie takes place in a mental hospital and the staff treats everyone very horribly. There are not so good depictions of mentally ill people, especially schizophrenia and DID in particular. The mentally ill characters are also murdered by Chucky. Avoid this movie entirely if you are even the slightest bit sensitive to poor representations of mental illnesses and people mistreating the mentally ill
