"Toad" the boy with glasses vomits offscreen. It cuts straight to the scene without warning so skip (or mute) from 1h 29m 35 seconds to 1h 29 minutes 55 seconds and you will not hear any of it.
Although some people have said they didn't find it too bad, it still made me very uncomfortable but as it's offscreen it's definitely mute/skippable.
