Fagin basically runs an entire ring of orphans whom he's taught the art of thieving. The Bumbles run an orphanage where Mrs. Bumble shouts at them. The famous "Please, sir, may I have some more?" scene from Oliver Twist is also played out, with Oliver being ejected from the orphanage.

A few things: One character is a sex worker and they discuss their job a few times. Two characters undress to have sex and while we don't see nudity, we definitely see some skin. Some crude sexual slang is also used, and at one point we do see naked buttocks during a scene with some sexual tension.
