The lethal Reaper virus spreads throughout Britain—infecting millions and killing hundreds of thousands. Authorities brutally and successfully quarantine the country but, three decades later, the virus resurfaces in a major city. An elite group of specialists is urgently dispatched into the still-quarantined country to retrieve a cure by any means necessary. Shut off from the rest of the world, the unit must battle through a landscape that has become a waking nightmare.

There's a long car chase/fight scene were people get squashed, heads included. There's 3 decapitations, and many severed heads are shown, some are used as decoration. Also, if you count animal heads getting squashed a cow gets squashed by a tank and a rabbit explodes when shot.

Ar around minute 89:00 they show a lot of people drooling/spitting and all of a sudden it cuts to a man throwing up some liquid, definitely v***t in my opinion. Sound and visual (the sound wasn’t too bad imo). The scene is literally a second long, blink and you’ll miss it, but if you don’t miss it it’s kinda bad. Overall there are a lot of gross scenes involving liquids coming out of people’s mouths
