One character violently verbally and sometimes physically assaults her ex-husband in an attempt to get him to sleep with her/return to her. It is heavily played for laughs but could still be upsetting to some viewers

Jerry gets gaslit sometimes, mostly getting blamed for things he didn't do until he takes responsibility. It's played for laughs. In S6E17 April briefly mentions in high school that she spent her time "hiding mops so the janitor would think he was going insane."

All answers put together in order:

season 2 ep1 - tom shallows chewing tobacco and says he doesn’t feel good. He v* off screen but audio is there.

in the same ep ron is told to purge after taking meds with alcohol but it doesn’t happen on screen.

season 3 ep13 - andy v* with audio and visual, a little after 20 mins in. Short scene but graphic

season 5 ep2 - leslie drinks a large soda and v* into it during the court hearing.

season 5 ep12 - Ben, Chris and Ron get food poisoning but as tom leaves the room around 11 you can hear something that resembles v* noises. No visuals though.

Just to be more comfy i skipped the entire ep

season 6 ep18 - leslie v* several times. i skipped the episode

season 7 ep5 - Leslie shows a photo to ron and ben. in one of the photos a kid is v* and it’s mentioned it started a chain reaction. v* shown on screen briefly.

look away when leslie mentions the first trip to the dentist and you’ll be fine about 5 seconds after ben starts talking.

I skipped the entire scene on my rewatch just cause of how greatly any v* effects me.

On the radio show "Crazy Ira and the Douche" they make racist and sexist jokes. Many people assume Tom is an immigrant because he isn't white. Milton asks Tom if he is Chinese as if he thinks it's a bad thing. Leslie does a racist thing to the local Native American people (the Wamapoke) but is forgiven by the chief, Ken. There are also lots of stereotypes about Native Americans, including that they're violent, the "built on an Indian burial ground" trope, and Ken owns the Wamapoke Casino.

A comedic theme in the show is the misunderstanding and subsequent misrepresentation of various minority groups by the main characters. The jokes are generally at the expense of the characters making the misrepresentations.
There is some odd ‘representation’ of queer and polyamorous relationships early in the show when April is apparently dating a gay guy who himself is dating another man. It’s seems to be joking about the absurdity of the relationship in relation to the characters’ sexualities.

One regular couple on the show starts dating at ages 20 and 29. The older man is worried about this and the woman states that she doesn’t care. The younger woman is usually the more dominant one in the relationship. Another older character mentions that one of his ex wives started dating him when he was 15 after having helped deliver him the hospital and been his babysitter. This relationship was stated to be abusive, and she later returns to harass him onscreen
