Sloane and four other students who take cover in Cortege High to escape a world plagued by the infected. As danger relentlessly pounds on the doors, Sloane begins to see the world through the eyes of people who actually want to live and takes matters into her own hands.
No! You see a dog barking in a window near the end of the film which made me sad at first, but then I realised the dog wouldn't have survived that long on their own so someone must still be there to look after it.
At approx 30:30, when Sloane is in the locker room walking past the shower stalls, she gets an alarmed look on her face and runs to a sink and gets sick (audio - the visual is just her leaning over the sink). Over in 6 seconds. A couple other spots during the movie it seems like someone may get sick, but this is the only time.
