Although this is usually up for debate, one of the main characters gets stalked by their love interest, mostly in the earlier seasons. The stalking is often used as a comedic gag. The couple didn't become canon in the main series but It's been implied that they might be an official thing in the currently still on going sequel.

There is also a moment towards the end of the series in which the female protagonist gaslights the male protagonist into making him feel guilty over leaving her a year prior. Except that the male protagonist had just gone through an EXTREMELY emotionally-traumatic incident and had left to work through his grief/to get stronger, and the female protagonist fails to take this into account. Instead she blames and shames him for his actions, even though they are justified.

there is a filler episode (ep. 50, i think) in which a side character purchases a love potion for the sake of making her interest return her feelings forcefully. the potion goes array and leads to "hilarities" as the potion instead makes people develop sudden feelings of rivalry to the first thing (person or object) they see.

Most notably, during/after the Tartaros arc, a character is shown coughing up blood a few times. Later on, other characters also cough up blood. Episode 297, at the very end a character bends down and v*s blood. very quick. lasts a second.
