Thomas leads his group of escaped Gladers on their final and most dangerous mission yet. To save their friends, they must break into the legendary Last City, a WCKD-controlled labyrinth that may turn out to be the deadliest maze of all. Anyone who makes it out alive will get answers to the questions the Gladers have been asking since they first arrived in the maze.

I dont know why everyone is saying yes on this one. I watched the movie and have emetophobia and didnt find any scenes triggering. There is a few scenes with spitting, but no specific vomit scenes in my opinion

That was a cut scene, but if you look closely Newt's death at the end is caused by suicide - Newt's hand is seen to be guiding the knife. It's only noticeable if you're looking for it, on first watch you think another character killed him.
