Report
Thanks to his police officer father's efforts, Shawn Spencer spent his childhood developing a keen eye for detail (and a lasting dislike of his dad). Years later, Shawn's frequent tips to the police lead to him being falsely accused of a crime he solved. Now, Shawn has no choice but to use his abilities to perpetuate his cover story: psychic crime-solving powers, all the while dragging his best friend, his dad, and the police along for the ride.

Shawn leaves a puppy at his dad's house as a joke, and he threatens to "stick it in the streets" (Shawn says it's actually his neighbors dog, and that they'll loop back around before returning the dog)

You could say Shawn was emotionally/phycologically abused growing up, and his relationship with his father slowly grows stronger and healthier over the course of the show.
Juliet is betrayed repeatedly by her father, but by the end of the episode he is invited to her birthday party.

Lloyd gaslights Henry throughout the episode by trying to make him think that he (Lloyd) disclosed all the necessary information and his plans to Henry, when he absolutely did not. Lloyd is not malicious and he knows that Henry won’t be easily manipulated so it doesn’t seem like he’s really trying that hard. It seems like Lloyd is just lazily going through the motions of denying that he lied to Henry. This whole thing is played very lightly/for laughs and despite Lloyd’s many irritating flaws, he’s quite likable.

Not necessarily “abused,” but Shawn has a complicated relationship with his father, Henry, who is shown to be emotionally neglectful (although he gets better as the series progresses)

No, but there's an episode centered around horse racing where (SPOILER) horses are shot with tranquilizer darts to rig the races but it isn't shown.

Like previous commenter said, there's an entire episode about a sea lion getting murdered. The episode begins at the animal's funeral, and it's thought to have been an accident, but it's later revealed that the sea lion was shot by criminals who thought it was a person spying on them.

The “Bigfoot” is shown roasting meat over a campfire but it doesn’t resemble an animal, however it’s later revealed to be venison. Animal pelts are shown briefly, but that’s it.

S2E7: Shawn's dad briefly mentions that he ran over Gus' elderly dog in the past.

S6E10: Shawn says goodbye to his dead pet lizard in a flashback.

Apologies, I can't recall the exact episode, but In one episode, there's a conversation where Shawn and Gus talk about how as children their parents lied that their pets went to live in a sanctuary, instead of saying they died.

A security camera shows a woman character kissing Gus while he is passed out for an extended amount of time, even after he wakes up and flails around. This scene is meant to be comedic. It likely would not if the genders were switched.

Big Ed is struck in the back with an ax offscreen and it’s shown sticking out in multiple scenes. There’s no category for stabbing but it seems worth mentioning.

No actual cannibalism, but the gang thinks that Lassie has been abducted by Bigfoot and Gus smells barbecue so they assume it’s Lassie being cooked. They come upon the campfire where the meat is being roasted and multiple characters mention that “Lassie” smells good, seems like “he” would taste good, etc. Juliet is the only one who seems legitimately disturbed/upset over this, though it’s pretty clear that they would never actually become cannibals. Lassie is revealed to be alive and well and the meat is revealed to be venison.
