About 88-89 minutes into the movie, Buford’s dog, Shep, gets shot and killed. The camera only shows the dog jumping up to attack an assassin, then cuts to the assassin firing a shotgun, then cuts to Buford firing off his gun at the assassin. We don’t hear any yelps or whimpers from the dog. After that scene, Buford carries the dead body of the dog into the house and the family cries together over the body and the loss of Shep. Blood is shown on Buford and the dog’s body. Not a very long scene, but very sad.

As mentioned earlier at the top of this list the sheriffs dog ship is shot and killed. We don’t see it. But Beaufort carries the dogs body back inside and the family more than him together crying. Very sad but quick scene. I’m not sure who marked no. It seems like this side is becoming more popular and starting to be corrupted by dishonest people which is really unfortunate.
