When a new murder victim is discovered with all the signs of Jigsaw's hand, Detective Eric Matthews begins a full investigation and apprehends Jigsaw with little effort. But for Jigsaw, getting caught is just another part of his plan. Eight more of his victims are already fighting for their lives and now it's time for Matthews to join the game.
Daniel, who I believe is 16-17, gets yelled at pretty intensely by his father towards the beginning of the film. He also is part of the trap plot, so he gets tormented a fair amount by the traps and the people around him.
Around 37 minutes in (and possibly only in the unrated version) there’s a flashback where a man unconsensually kisses a woman on the cheek as he knocks her out chloroform
There is a flashback of a character (graphically) self harming. Later, a character gets stuck in a trap that slices their hands and wrists. Later, a character cuts some of the skin of his neck off with a knife (also graphic).
All the things mentioned above, and a trap in which hands are stuck in a box with blades. Most of the gore is focused on the forearms, but the hands are involved.
A character crawls into an oven to retrieve the antidote, and the door closes on them. A fire starts, and they scramble to the back of the oven. Eventually others break the door open and the character starts to crawl through, but passes out and dies. It’s not very graphic.
We don’t see anything, but there is a flashback to the first movie where a character has a trap on their mouth. Several characters also spit up blood, but no teeth are damaged.
Laura passes out from the nerve gas briefly. Amanda takes longer to wake up than the others at the beginning of the trap and is unconscious on the floor for several minutes. Towards the end, Daniel appears to be passed out from the nerve gas but it's unclear if he's just pretending
One trap featuring a character with a bloody eye told to cut a key from behind his eye-- he doesn't actually cut into his own eye but gets close and has a visibly injured eye for the scene.
Another scene with a character shot through the eye, graphic empty eye socket shown
SPOILER WARNING //
It is heavily implied that Daniel’s father, Eric, is left to die. However, he does not die in this movie- His on-screen death occurs in one of the sequels.
A woman’s arms get caught in a trap made of razors and she is left there to bleed out.
A different character is also shown graphically self-harming with a razor.
{when the woman in blue gets up and grabs the safe. look away and take headphones off for about 10 seconds-

{right after man with bat finds a number black man walks in, look away and take headphones off then for about 15 seconds-

{right after girl in blue says
"tell me that's not your father." look away and take headphones off for around 34 seconds-

Ambiguous imo. Follows a corrupt cop, who is shown to be very corrupt and is punished for it, but up to interpretation what it says about the police in general.
When coming to consciousness in the house for the first time Amanda is visibly extremely distressed and clutching her head, having flashbacks of the Reverse Bear Trap from Saw 1.
A character mentions that he had attempted suicide. He says he drove his car off a cliffs, and there is a flashback of him in his car at the bottom of a cliff. Later, a character has a flashback of her cutting herself. I’m not sure if it’s a suicide attempt, but it’s very graphic.
While it may not exactly be an anxiety attack, the character Amanda has what very closely resembles a panic attack when she first wakes up in the house in which the main story takes place.
Well saw is a collection of movies which has them being watched on a tv which is linked to a house where jigsaw is watching them on a tv as they do life threatening tasks
It's a common trope to kill off LGBT-characters. Similar to the black guy dies first". Their death is not worse, but the fact, that it's more probable is.
the comment the other person is referring to is comparing a woman's legs to a door, which is said to imply she's a slut. it's very misogynistic but the intention is not to objectify her, it's to shame her for being sexually active
There is a flashback, and a character mentions that they attempted suicide by driving their car off a cliff. We don’t see the crash, just the car at the bottom of the cliff and the character crawling out.
