S1
There is a moment early in S1 where someone (familiar) breaks into the house and makes moves on Grace. She briefly indulges him but is ultimately uncomfortable and sends him away. It’s not sexual assault but it is still a little skeevy.

Very briefly towards the end of S1 E1 “The End” Grace v*mits after taking some kind of drug but mostly heard rather than seen. Frankie mentions it beforehand “you may experience some light v*miting” or something like that so that acts as kind of a warning but it is a little sudden.

There are multiple situations in which an officer shows up, and they are largely depicted as friendly or at worse very annoyed with what it going on with the main characters. An FBI agent admits to looking the other way when she found weed on an unrelated raid. They aren’t ever violent.

Grace has an eating disorder that isn’t really addressed. She does eat in several scenes but it is established by Frankie that she “doesn’t eat” regularly. For example in S1 E6: The Earthquake, Frankie squirts whip cream into Graces mouth and says “now you can’t eat until Monday” hinting Grace heavily restricts her caloric intake. Personally as someone with an eating disorder I didn’t find this show triggering however someone else might.

Alisson (Frankie's daughetr in law) is recurring character with multiple chornic illnesses and allergies, and this is repeatedly made fun of by other character who either find her killjoy, or think she fakes. Her husband is shown to be supportive but then he mention he think it's fake too, even if he's fine with it. There's otherwise positive talks about disability for older characters

There is hate speech before this, but a noticeable time is in S3E11 "The Other Vibrator" Sol is called a f//ggot by a homophobic protestor, and other homophobic things are said to him, Robert, and the other members of the gay theater group.

no but frankie mentions being hit by a forklift and is reportedly “hurt pretty bad” but it’s more of a joke and nothing is shown on screen.

In an episode of season two, Frankie fills a hand lotion bottle with something that sure looks a lot like blood, but isn't, and smears it on her hands and forearms to protest palm oil. It stays on her arms for much of the episode.
