Darcy kisses Ben against his will, he is instantly uncomfortable. For at least the next three episodes, it's used as a joke and Ben is told to never tell his wife by the Sheriff guy as if he was at fault. Speaking of, Darcy also continuously blames him and subtly harasses him about it in front of his wife(S2 Ep3 i believe, where I had to stop) as if threatening to tell her. I looked it up to see if it gets any better but as far as im aware it's treated as if Darcy did nothing wrong and joked about for the entirety of the show, or at least forgotten about.

In s2 "family day" Sheriff Mike has a flashback in which his friend/ fellow officer is shot by a criminal on the run. We hear the gunshot off screen but do not see the dead body or the gun being fired. Also, at the end of s2 Asta (in a way of self-defense) shoots a bad guy with a rifle before he shoots Harry. There are also machine guns and shooting from the military personnel at the government facitily when Harry and Peter go to break the prisoners out. Peter is shot and killed while protecting his son
