There are sex scenes intentionally depicted as grey-area in this regard, where a character is clearly technically consenting but deeply uncomfortable. One of the biggest purposes of the sex scenes in the movie is to show-not-tell the difference between a sexual relationship that is strongly desired by the individuals but taboo in a culture, versus strongly expected in a culture but not desired by an individual. Whether or not systemic pressuring of people into certain sexual relationships should be considered "assault" depends on how you define the word.

No one dies exactly but suicidal inclinations are indicated when Esti runs away and buys something (turns out to be a pregnancy test) from the chemist and no one can contact her or find her for a period of time

Depends on your interpretation. Some hearts are broken but no one dies and Esti will most likely have a better future ahead of her.
