Sexual assault is implied a lot of times. But the major one is in season 5 when a man uses his powers to look like his daughter so he can have sex with his daughter's ex-lover -while pretending to be his daughter- in order to impregnate her, knowing that child-birth will kill her.

Bo's biological mother and granfather both get murdered by her father. Tamsin dies after giving birth to her daughter. Also, a lot of people die ,and it's safe to assume a lot of them are parents.
