Bo's biological mother and granfather both get murdered by her father. Tamsin dies after giving birth to her daughter. Also, a lot of people die ,and it's safe to assume a lot of them are parents.

Corrupt warden of the amazon run (thus all women) fae prison rapes (or artificially inseminates, can't remember and I refuse to rewatch) inmates and sells of resulting children after being forced to term.
The 'twist' at the end of the episode is that Bo (series lead) notices the warden had some stubble after a kiss, then outing the warden as a 'man' to the guards, who proceed to violently grab the wardens crotch and confirm they're a 'man'. This results in the guards beating the warden with their hands and batons and leaving them for dead.
After backlash, the producers issued a lukewarm "apology" basically saying the warden was fae, not human, not actually trans and therefore not intended to depict trans women and they were sorry if people were upset by it. But again, it plays out, beat for beat, like a trans woman being portrayed as a predatory man, invading women's spaces, being forcibly outed then killed in trans panic. It's gross.
