The last side mission in the game revolves around the player characters, who are temporarily transformed into cartoon teeth, traversing a surreal landscape of sweet treats, at the end of which they come face to face with a grotesque and unsettling dentist robot, who is a boss fight. The robot's attacks all involve dentistry tools, one of his "finishers" consists of grabbing a tooth with a metal pick and brutally splitting it in half with a drill while actual bone drills are heard in the background, and the boss is defeated by forcing the dental drill down his open throat. The side mission is entirely optional or can be partially skipped by enabling the "Skip to next checkpoint" option.

A giant robot v green acid after spitting acid balls at the players. One of the characters says gross, the other says it's just acid reflux.
