Early in the episode, Belly goes upstairs in her "Cousins Beach" shirt and is thinking about how she hadn't realized how stressed she'd been without her mom and then Conrad yells from downstairs as the lights flicker. Belly runs downstairs where the lights flicker a handful more times before Conrad finishes fixing them. It's more of a flicker than a flash, but I'm sensitive to both.
