There are no on-screen dog deaths. I didn't notice any dogs in the background. There are implied dog deaths (like how there are implied dog deaths in Star Wars: Episode VII - the Force Awakens).

Horses are a part of half the life wiped out. In essence, all the "did an animal die" questions should be a resounding yes...but you never see it.

A character is surrounded by many floating needle-like objects pointed at them. Some of these needles pierce their skin.

The character's pansexuality and gender fluidity are not addressed in the movies (comics only), but they are still extremely queer-coded

Y'all. Body dysmorphia and body horror are not the same thing. Body dysmorphia is when a character sees their body as different than it actual is, or thinks it should be. It's often related to eating disorders which is why it's on here.

Depending on whether or not Dragons exist in the MCU, it is possible a dragon was killed in Thanos' plan.

In the post-credit scene a helicopter slams into the side of a building (but presumably there was no one piloting it).

There is sort of threatened eye mutilation during a torture scene where an implement comes very close to someone's eye.

Thanos meets the child-version of a character that dies earlier in the film. However it is ambiguous as to whether it is the soul of the person, if it's a dream, his imagination, or some other explanation. In addition, as the other commenter pointed out, a mysterious character from days long past appears as a custodian of one of the infinity stones. Whether they're a ghost or not is up for interpretation. They're corporeal, so I don't consider them a ghost.

It's heavily implied that a main female character was emotionally abused for most of her life. She was kidnapped by the main villain after he killed the child's mother and he raised her as his own, training her to be an assassin and fighter for him.

This is a poorly worded question. Should be "Does it have a happy ending." This is ambiguous and looks like it's meant to confuse people.

Multiple times various heads get into dangerous situations. Once a robotic head is displayed dismantled and later another robotic head gets squashed.
